Our Story
At Bhetsy & Co, we are passionate about providing high-quality home services to our customers. Having worked in the Disability sector for over 20 years in various roles from support worker to General Manager of a large organisation, our Founder Suzanne has a wealth of knowledge, understanding, passion, commitment and experience that she wanted to share with others. Throughout her career in the disability sector, Suzanne has gained many qualifications and certificates, including Certificates 3 and 4 in Disability, Certificate 4 in Mental Health, Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, Path and Maps Facilitation, Certificate 4 in Frontline Management and more.
Suzanne has a lived experience of domestic violence, supporting people with alcohol abuse and dementia. She is extremely passionate about supporting women who endure DV and has a zero tolerance to any form of violence and abuse. With this passion also came the desire to help people who are marginalised, vulnerable and in need. The commitment to help people with disability and the elderly and utilise her skills and knowledge in a person centric approach came to fruition with the birth of Bhetsy & Co in 2021.
Our Mission is to embark on a journey with each person that we support, employ and connect with, as we believe that each person deserves to achieve and celebrate their milestones, develop their skills, experience new things, be involved in their own decision making, feel empowered and in control of their supports and actively involved in their life.
We will walk alongside each individual who requires some assistance with supports in their home, their community and/or their workplace.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of support services to people of all ages including assistance with daily living tasks in the home, accessing the community for shopping/appointments/social outings, cleaning duties in the home, mealtime management , assisting people post surgery, assisting with medications & more. Our team of support workers are highly skilled and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We can support people from as little as 1 hour a day and provide regular or adhoc supports as required.
We offer support to people on NDIS (Plan & self managed participants), people on Aged Care packages (self managed/self funded), children of any age and people who may need a little extra support with their daily life (self funded).
We have some capacity for light gardening services, so please contact us to check availability in your area.
